Objective
The goal of the Aquaculture Biology specialization is to give a theoretical basis and practical experience for understanding the biological principles in aquatic food production
The specialization is intended to give a solid background for students who wish to work in aquaculture or related industries or pursue further research.
Course Outcome
COs | Course Outcome | Mapping COs with POs
(High-3, Medium-2, Low-1) |
CO1 | Students will understand the basis of technologies of fisheries and aquaculture. | PO1-3, PO7-3, PO9-2 |
CO2 | Students will develop a better understanding of the history of aquaculture and different production systems employed for better production. | PO1-3, PO7-2, PO9-3 |
CO3 | Students will understand the basis of technologies of fisheries and aquaculture. | PO1-3, PO9-2 |
