  2. Microbial examination of food : Milk, Chutney and packed food materials Estimation of BOD.
  3. Physical characterization of waste
  4. Chemical characterization of waste : chlorides, sulphate, iron, acidity, alkalinity, phosphate, copper, TS, TDS, TSS
