Course Objectives

  • To impart overall idea to the learners on the Hindi Cinema from colonial time to till date.

  • To deliver to the learners various phases of development and growth of Hindi Cinema.

  • To impart knowledge of Cinematic Narrative by keeping art and aesthetic value of Performance in Hindi Cinema with a special emphasis on Hindi Songs of the Indian Panorama.

  • To attend screening of Indian Panorama by learners.

Learning Outcomes

 

  • After successful completion of the course the learners will be able to understand the rise of the Hindi Cinema from beginning to till date.

  • The learners would be able to appreciate the arts and aesthetic values of Hindi Cinema.

  • The learners will be able to distinguish the role and function of the India Panorama.
