COURSE OBJECTIVES:
Practical physiology is complimentary to the theoretical discussions in physiology. Practicals allow the verification of physiological processes discussed in theory classes through experiments on living tissue, intact animals or normal human beings. This is helpful for developing an insight on the subject.
COURSE OUTCOMES:
CO | Statements | PO MAPPING |
CO-1 | Basic learning skill on gross morphology, structure and functions of various organs of the Human body. | PO1 |
CO-2 | Analyze A&P observations and data and determine the potential physiological consequences. | PO1,PO6 |
CO-3 | Explain working pattern of different organs of each system | PO1, |
CO-4 | Describe the interlinked mechanisms in the maintenance of normal functioning (homeostasis) of human body. | PO1,PO6 |
CO-5 | Determine the techniques for the identification, counting of various integral components of the body. | PO1, PO2, |
