To understand the basic ocular stretcher and its anatomical importance
At the end of the course, the student should be able to:
Comprehend the normal disposition, inter-relationships, gross, functional and applied anatomy of various structures in the eye and adnexa.
Identify the microscopic structures of various tissues in the eye and correlate the structure with the functions.
Comprehend the basic structure and connections between the various parts of the central nervous system and the eye so as to understand the neural connections and distribution. To understand the basic principles of ocular embryology.
