Module 1: Introduction to an Automobile (3hrs)
Practice- Briefly explain BS IV & BS VI model.
Practice- overview Inspection of BS engine and there different parts
Module 2: Systems of measurement (3hrs)
Practice: Demonstration of Least Count, calculation, care & use of Veneer Caliper, micrometer and dial gauge.
Practice: Demonstration of useof different tools .
Module 3: Introduction to engine (12hrs)
Practice- Demonstration and Practice of Perform measuring practice to check the flatness of the cylinder head is warped or twisted with straightedge is used with a feeler gauge.
Module 4: Diesel Engine Components. (6hrs)
Practice- Demonstration of Perform measuring practice on cylinder bore, Connecting rod bore, inside diameter (ID) of a camshaft bearing with Telescope gauges.
Practice- Demonstration and Practice of major exterior components or parts of the automobile & Layout of an automobile
Module 5: Piston and connecting rod (6hrs)
Practice- Demonstration and Practice of Checking connecting rod for bend and twist. Assemble the piston and connecting rod assembly.
Module 6: Construction of a engine (6 hrs)
Practice: Demonstration of Perform measuring camshaft journal dia., crank shaft journal dia. , piston diameter by the help of micro meter.
Module 7: Intake & exhaust systems (15hrs)
Practice: Demonstration and Hands on practice on Execute overhauling of injectors and testing of injector
Module 8: Diesel Fuel Systems and braking. (3 hrs)
Practice: Demonstration and Practice of working and service procedure of ABS and identification of different parts of air brake system and its work principle.
Module 9: Emission Control:- Vehicle emissions. (3 hrs)
Practice: Demonstration and Practice of EGR /SCR Valve Remove and installation for inspection.
Module 10: Auto Electricals and Scan tool. (3 hrs)
Practice: Demonstration and Practice of all electrical components like Headlamp, tail lamp, switches and indicators
Practice: Demonstration and Practice of other internal Electrical components.
Practice: Demonstration and Practice of using Scan tool to dingoes a vehicle parameters.
