Tapas is a student-centered Professor with over 9 years of prodigious experience in the academics and development sector. Passionate for learning, teaching and research. Taught 4000+ students in the subjects like Human Values and Ethics at UG/PG level and worked with 20000+ marginalized community people in the area of capacity building, skill building, and self-governance at the remotest parts of South India with national/international funding partners i.e.- NABARD, Welthungerhilfe (WHH), Bread for the World (BFTW). Commended for sustaining effective learning environment through prepared classes and relevant assignments and consistently achieving classroom management and academic goals. He has published articles in peer-reviewed national/international journals also presented his works in national and international conferences/seminars. He is also a reviewer of various international peer-reviewed journals.
