Introduction and Serviceability, Demonstration ofStandard Safety Practices (Personal Safety, Machine/Tool Safety, Lab Safety etc.), Measurements and Marking, Sharpening and Maintenance of Tools.
Module 2: Classification of Welding and it’s use (6 hrs)
Practice:Getting basic knowledge on different types of welding and it’s implementation in product development
Practice:Hands-on over welding (Arch welding) through product developing mode
Module 3: Demonstration and Interpretation (6hrs)
Practice:Demonstration and Visualization on all types ofwelding Machine
Practice: Physical Involvement over machine throughout live production
Module 4: Basic knowledge on operation (15hrs)
Practice-Drawing study (2D/3D)
Practice-Selection of raw materials based on drawing study (Load bearing, stiffness, etc)
Practice-Preparing a of cut-plan
Practice-Assemble of jig and fixture
Practice-Known about different welding joints and diff. bending to satisfy the design
Practice-Knowledge on painting (manual, spray, powder coating)
Module 5: Stainless steel and Sheet metal work (6hrs)
Practice-Learning welding technic for SS & Sheet metal
Practice-Idea about sheet bending and cutting through machine
Practice-Use of grinder machine for smoother welding surface
Practice-Painting(spray) of sheet metal
