Mr. Chandan Haldar is working as Assistant Professor in the School of Fisheries, Centurion University of Technology and Management, Paralakhemundi Campus, Odisha. He has completed his M.F.Sc from ICAR-Central Institute of Fisheries Education, Mumbai, Maharashtra India and his Ph. D. thesis topic is “Identification of Growth Associated SNPs in Clarias magur (Hamilton, 1822) using RNA-Sequencing” from ICAR-Central Institute of Fisheries Education, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. He has about 5 years of research experience and his focused research area includes "Marker assisted selection & molecular marker" and "Next generation sequencing & RNA seq data analysis". He has good number of research and review publications in journals of national and international reputes. He is a life member of the Indian fisheries association (IFA) and Journal of fisheries and life sciences. He has presented research papers in many national and international conferences.
