Topic of Research: Genetics of nematode resistance, yield and quality traits in carrot (Daucus carota L.)  

• Significant Achievements:

 

• Awarded BHU Gold Medal for being topper in Horticulture for year 2017.
• Recipient of Indian council of Agricultural Research JRF Fellowship for 2 years (July 2015-June 2017).
• Recipient of IARI SRF FELLOWDHIP for years (JULY 2017 TO 2018)
• Recipient of DST INSPIRE FELLOWSHIP of the Department of Science and Technology, New Delhi for years (July 2017 TO PRESENT)
• Completed course offered by United Nations Framework convention on climate change an initiative by International centre for culture and education with A activity score.
• Admitted as Life member of the Society for promotion of Horticulture (SPH)
• Received “Best Research Scholar Award 2022” in “GAFEF 2019 From AETDS organization.
• Received “Best Oral Presentation Award” in “GAFEF 2019 From AETDS organization.
• Received G.S. Randhawa Best thesis award in Horticulture 2023 from Society for promotion of Horticulture ICAR-IIHR, Bengaluru.
